1083 Selby Avenue, Oakville

This extensive renovation included the addition of the attached garage and 2 separate 2 story extension on the back of the house.  The renovation involved complete demolition of the existing house  leaving only the outside wall studs.   All the living space was reframed to take advantage of the additional space according to the revised floor plans.  The existing brick and newly framed walls were re-cladded with a composite siding material with distinguished feature walls and gables completed in cultured stone and shingles.  A new wrap around porch was framed to accentuate the coziness of the new house.
